Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 2026 (v23.0)
We want swiip.com and the Swiip application to be usable by everyone. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, and we design with keyboard navigation, sufficient contrast, scalable text and screen-reader compatibility in mind. Some third-party content and user-created Swiips may not fully meet these standards; creators control their own content, and we provide guidance to help them make it accessible. We test accessibility as part of our development process and prioritise fixes for reported barriers. If you encounter a problem or need content in another format, contact [email protected] — we aim to respond within 5 working days. This statement was prepared in July 2026 and is reviewed annually. This statement is prepared with regard to the European Accessibility Act requirements that apply to consumer-facing digital services in the EU.
