Complaints Policy

If you are unhappy with any Hybytes or Swiip service, tell us: via the contact page or [email protected], with your account details and what has gone wrong. We acknowledge within 2 working days, investigate, and aim to resolve within 10 working days; complex matters may take longer, and we will keep you informed. If you are not satisfied, ask for the complaint to be escalated to a director for a final review. This procedure does not affect your legal rights, including (for consumers) rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Complaints about personal data are handled under the Data Protection Complaints Procedure; complaints about content on published Swiips are handled under the Copyright and Content Complaints Policy.
