Code of Ethics and Business Conduct

This code sets the standards everyone at Hybytes Ltd — directors, employees, contractors — is expected to meet.

• Integrity: we act honestly with customers, suppliers and each other; we do not misrepresent our services or our progress.
• Anti-bribery and corruption: we comply with the Bribery Act 2010; we do not offer, give, request or accept bribes, facilitation payments or improper inducements. Modest, proportionate hospitality is permitted; anything more is declared to a director.
• Conflicts of interest: personal, financial or outside interests that could conflict with the company's are disclosed to a director.
• Fair competition and sanctions: we compete fairly, comply with competition law, and comply with export-control and sanctions regimes.
• Confidentiality and data: we protect confidential information and personal data in line with our security and data-protection policies, and we respect intellectual property, using properly licensed software and content.
• People: we treat colleagues, clients and communities with dignity, consistent with our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy.
• Financial integrity: our records and accounts are accurate and complete; we do not facilitate tax evasion (Criminal Finances Act 2017).
• Raising concerns: suspected breaches are reported under the Whistleblowing Procedure and are investigated without retaliation.
