Hybytes Ltd respects internationally recognised human rights, consistent with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the ILO core conventions. We do not tolerate forced labour, child labour, human trafficking, unlawful discrimination or harassment in our business or supply chain. We respect freedom of association, provide fair working conditions and pay, and expect the same of our suppliers through our Supplier Code of Conduct. We consider human rights impacts in product decisions, including privacy and data protection, and provide accessible routes to raise concerns (whistleblowing procedure; contact page) which we investigate without retaliation. This statement is approved by the directors and reviewed annually. It does not form part of any contract.
