Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Last updated: July 2026 (v23.0)
Hybytes Ltd is below the £36 million turnover threshold at which Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires a statement; we publish this voluntarily because we consider the commitment important. Our business is UK-based software and consultancy; our supply chain consists mainly of cloud, software and professional-service providers, which we assess as lower risk for modern slavery. We nonetheless: expect suppliers to comply with the Modern Slavery Act and our Supplier Code of Conduct; check employment eligibility and pay all staff at or above applicable minimums; keep recruitment direct or through reputable agencies; and will investigate and act on any concern raised, including through our whistleblowing procedure. We are not currently aware of any modern slavery or human trafficking in our operations or supply chain. This statement is published voluntarily by Hybytes Ltd, kept under annual review and approved by the company's directors.
