Supplier Code of Conduct

Suppliers to Hybytes Ltd are expected to: comply with all applicable laws; prohibit bribery and corruption; respect human rights, prohibit forced and child labour and comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015; provide safe working conditions and pay legally compliant wages; not discriminate unlawfully; protect confidential information and personal data, notifying us without undue delay of any incident affecting our data; hold appropriate security measures and, where relevant, certifications; manage their environmental impact responsibly; and flow these standards down to their own suppliers. We may ask suppliers to confirm compliance and may end relationships where standards are not met. This code becomes contractual only where incorporated into a supplier agreement.
