Whistleblowing (Speak-Up) Procedure
Last updated: July 2026 (v23.0)
Anyone who works with or for Hybytes Ltd may raise concerns about wrongdoing — including fraud, bribery, security or data-protection failures, modern slavery, danger to health and safety, or the covering up of any of these — without fear of retaliation. Raise concerns to any director, or by email to [email protected]; if the concern involves the directors, it may be raised with the company's external accountant or reported to the relevant regulator or prescribed body (for example the ICO for data matters). We acknowledge within 5 working days, investigate proportionately and confidentially, and report the outcome to the discloser where lawful. Workers making disclosures in the public interest are protected by the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998; retaliation against a discloser is a disciplinary matter.
