Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the Swiip service operated by Hybytes Ltd. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using Swiip, you agree not to misuse the service as described below.

- infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- is obscene, or depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material;
- incites violence, hatred or discrimination;
- is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading, including scams and phishing;
- contains malware or other harmful code.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' accounts;
- disrupt or overload the service, networks or infrastructure;
- circumvent security, rate limits or access controls;
- use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications;
- reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law;
- resell or sub-licence the service without our written agreement.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and any third-party rights.
4. Reporting abuse

5. Enforcement
We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that breach this policy. Where appropriate, we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
