These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Swiip service provided by Hybytes Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Swiip is operated by Hybytes Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13562774, registered office 251 Grays Inn Road, WC1X 8QT, United Kingdom.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of the service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach it.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create and publish with Swiip. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.
5. Subscriptions, fees and billing
Swiip is provided on a subscription basis. Each plan is a fixed monthly fee that includes a quota of Swiips, editor seats and audience views; usage beyond your quota is billed at the overage rates published on our pricing page. Annual billing is available. Enterprise plans are priced on request.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
7. Intellectual property
The Swiip platform, branding and software are owned by Hybytes Ltd and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited as set out in your contract.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access where you breach these Terms or where required by law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
